I. INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. Plaintiff Philip Charvat brings' this action against Defendants GVN Michigan Inc. (“GVN” or “Defendant”) and three other unknown entities alleging that they engaged in unlawful telemarketing practices when placing ten calls to Char-vat’s residence.
