MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER

Plaintiff Philip Charvat sues Defendant Echostar Satellite, LLC (“Echostar”) alleging violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (“TCPA”) and the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act (“OCSPA”). 1 Plaintiff asserts 307 claims against Echostar under these laws arising from thirty allegedly illegal telemarketing phone calls made by Echostar to his residence.
