Eighty-nine former distributors of Seven-Up soft drinks and other beverages (the “distributors”) appeal from Judge Glasser’s dismissal of their complaint alleging claims for violation of state and federal antitrust laws and interference with contractual relations. The distributors contend that the appellees, Dr. Pepper/Seven-Up Companies, Inc. and Dr. Pepper/Seven-Up Corporation (collectively “Dr. Pepper/Seven-Up”), Harold Hon-ickman (“Honickman”) and Lance T.
