Plaintiff and respondent in her suit sought to be relieved of that portion of a prior decree of divorce by which the property rights of the partiesi to the divorce suit are claimed by the appellants to have been finally adjudicated. The essential facts are admitted. In the interim between the divorce decree and the commencement of this action the plaintiff had remarried.
