INTRODUCTION
Dispositive Motions are before the Court in the above-captioned case on behalf of both the Plaintiff and the Defendant with regard to the Defendant’s denial of the Plaintiffs request for Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”) under Title II and Supplemental Security Income Benefits (“SSI”) under Title XVI of the Social Security Act.
