MEMORANDUM OPINION 1

Plaintiff Amos Turner seeks reversal of the decision of Defendant Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”) denying his claim for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income under Titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act. In the alternative, Plaintiff seeks an order remanding his case to the Social Security Administration (“SSA”) for a new administrative hearing. Currently pending before the Court are Plaintiffs [7] Motion for Judgment of Reversal and Defendant’s [9] Motion for Judgment of Affirmance.…
