Lorraine Smith appeals from a judgment of the district court affirming a decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services to deny her claim for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income under titles II and XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 401 et seq. and 1381 et seq.
