Currently pending before the Court are Plaintiffs Motion for Judgment of Reversal and Defendant’s Motion for Judgment of Affirmance, respectively, of the decision of an Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) denying Supplemental Security Income Benefits (“SSIB”) to Plaintiff Jemal Powe, who has brought suit by and through his mother Taneta Guthrie, pursuant to Title XVI of the Social Security Act.
