STEVENS, Chief Judge.

This case relates to a claimed fraudulent conveyance within the purview of Arizona Uniform Fraudulent Conveyance Act. The pertinent parts of the act are set forth in the footnote. 1 23The case was tried to the court sitting with a jury. At the close of the plaintiff’s case the court directed a verdict against the plaintiff and in favor of the defendants appearing in the trial court. This appeal followed.
