Sandra Kennedy, as personal representative of the Estate of Joseph G. Bush (the Estate), brought an action for negligence and wrongful death against several defendants including SA-PG Sun City Center, LLC, d/b/a Palm Garden of Sun City Center (defendants collectively referred to as Palm Garden). 1 Palm Garden appeals the trial court’s nonfinal order denying their motion to compel arbitration and finding the arbitration agreement procedurally and substantively unconscionable.
