MEMORANDUM OPINION
KEVIN McNULTY, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on a Motion to Compel Arbitration submitted by the Defendants, Quest Diagnostics, Inc. and AmeriPath, Inc.1 Plaintiffs Erin Beery, Heather Traeger, and Sandy Cooper have filed an Amended Complaint which alleges that Defendants subjected female employees to a systematic pattern and practice of pay and promotion discrimination.
