Presently before the court is Defendant’s motion for an order compelling Plaintiffs to submit to a mental examination by Defendant’s expert Dr. Mark Mills pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 35. (ECF No. 61). Plaintiffs concede that a mental examination is proper under the circumstances here, but seek to have the court impose certain conditions on the examination.
