Counsel for the parties appeared before the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge on February 11, 2000 for a hearing on defendant’s Motion for Entry of a Protective Order (“Def.’s Mot.”)(Docket No. 14) and Plaintiffs Cross Motion for a Protective Order (“Pl.’s Mot.”)(Docket No. 16).
