Robert E. Quinn, Chief Judge:

On the accused’s plea of guilty a special court-martial1 convicted him of four charges in violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. It adjudged a sentence which included a bad-conduct discharge. The convening authority approved the findings of guilty, but modified the sentence by mitigating the period of confinement to a lesser period of restriction and by reducing the amount of forfeitures from $70 to $60 per month for four months.
