The appeal is from the judgment and also the order denying a motion for a new trial. It is virtually conceded, however, by appellant that by reason of irregularities as to the statement on motion for a new trial we are, in effect, limited to the consideration of the appeal from the judgment and to the determination of whether the findings support said judgment.
