Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 141 (1994), S. Sheffield Eaton, Jr. (“Eaton”) appeals from a decision of the United States Patent and Trademark Office Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences (the “PTO Board”) awarding priority of invention to Joseph T.
