— Appellant was married to Augustus Eiceman on the 13th day of September, 1877, and is his second, wife. Prior to the 11th day of November, 1876, divers judgments were recovered against the said Augustus, which became liens on lands owned by him and which are here the subject of litigation. On the date named, Eiceman and his then wife, Catherine, executed a mortgage on part of the land, which was-recorded on the day it was executed. The appellant joined with her husband in the execution of a mortgage upon the-real estate, on the 8th day of June, 1878. These two mortgages became the property…
