This is an automobile accident case tried by jury, resulting in a verdict of $10,000 damages for death of plaintiff's decedent. The principal contention upon which the defendant-appellant relies for reversal is that the verdict was against the great weight of the evidence in that the evidence failed to establish that it was the defendant’s automobile which was involved in the accident.
