Petitioner City of Philadelphia (Employer) petitions for review of two (2) orders of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (the Board), dated October 15, 2001, and May 24, 2005, the first of which vacated and remanded a decision of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) and the second of which affirmed the WCJ’s decision after remand. We now vacate the Board’s order, dated October 15, 2001, and reinstate the WCJ’s original decision and or der in this matter, which was dated March 14, 2000.
