Jean Fitchett (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed a decision of a Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) granting Claimant’s penalty petitions, dismissing the School District of Philadelphia’s (Employer) petition to terminate compensation benefits (termination petition), but suspending Claimant’s workers’ compensation benefits as of June 4, 2005, on the ground she voluntarily left the workforce.
