Pending before the court is Defendant Kenneth W. Dam, Acting Secretary, Department of the Treasury’s (“Dam”) Motion to Dismiss (# 12). Dam moves to dismiss Plaintiff Barbara Taylor’s (“Tay lor”) claims of race discrimination and retaliation brought under Title YII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e-2000h-6.
