OPINION

HATHAWAY, Chief Judge.

Appellants are probationary teachers (teachers) whose employment contracts were not renewed. They brought a special action in superior court in Pima County challenging the action of the appellees (board). On this appeal, they seek review of the dismissal of their special action, contending the trial court erred when it (1) determined that the board had not violated the open meeting statute, A.R.S.
