These are two motions by the defendant National Bank of Greece to vacate the alleged service upon it of the summons and complaint in this action and to dismiss the action for want of *193jurisdiction over the person of the defendant. Both motions were consolidated on the argument, pursuant to stipulation between the parties.

The action is brought by the plaintiffs as depositors and creditors of the corporate defendants, the National Bank of Greece and the Hellenic Bank Trust Company, on behalf of themselves and all other depositors and creditors similarly situated. The purpose of the suit is to…
