This action is brought to recover for an alleged wrongful death by reason of an airplane crash in Brazil in April, 1952. United Aircraft Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “United”) named as a defendant in the action and appearing specially, moved to set aside and vacate the service of the summons and complaint allegedly made upon it by the delivery of the same in this State to one Meloy.
