Plaintiffs commenced the instant action against Defendant Dexelectrics, Inc. pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. to collect delinquent fringe benefit contributions, deductions, interest, liquidated damages, costs and disbursements, and attorneys’ fees. Specifically, Plaintiffs move pursuant to FED. R. CIV. P. 56 for a grant of summary judgment against Defendant in the amount of $43,552.50 representing: (1) $25,292.59 in unpaid fringe benefit contributions and deductions; (2) $3,671.79 in…
