Áppeál from an order of the District Court of Hennepin County denying defendant’s motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial.

Plaintiff, Harold J. Sandvik, brought suit against defendant, Harold M. Jammes, to recover damages for injuries allegedly resulting from defendant’s négligence. The jury returned a verdict of $10,000 in plaintiff’s favor. '
