MEMORANDUM DECISION

EILEEN W. HOLLOWELL, Bankruptcy Judge.

INTRODUCTION

Pending before the court is the Chapter 13 1 Trustee’s (Trustee) objection to the Chapter 13 plan (Plan) proposed by Darlene Y. Castillo (Castillo) and Guillermo L. Mendoza (Mendoza) (collectively the Debtors). The Plan does not pay the unsecured creditors in full but permits the Debtors’s to continue to make contributions to their respective pension plans.
