ORDER DENYING CONFIRMATION OF CHAPTER 13 PLANS
JEFFERY P. HOPKINS, Bankruptcy Judge.
These matters are before the Court upon the requests by the debtors for confirmation of their Chapter 13 plans in the above-captioned cases and upon this Court’s independent obligation to find that all requirements set forth in 11 U.S.C. § 1325(a) have been met.
The Court has jurisdiction over the matters pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334 and the General Order of Reference entered in this district. These are core proceedings which the Court is empowered to hear and determine in accordance with 28 U.S.C. §…
