THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on April 8, 2002, to consider confirmation of the Debtor’s proposed chapter 13 plan, and also to consider the motion to dismiss this case filed by creditor Charles Grapski (“Grapski”). This case was commenced on September 5, 2001 with the Debtor’s filing of his chapter 13 petition, and the Debtor filed his chapter 13 plan on October 14, 2001.
