This case is before the court upon a motion to dismiss pursuant to 11 USC § 707(b) filed by the United States Trustee (the “UST”) on January 12, 2005 (Docket No. 20), and Debtors’ response to the motion to dismiss filed on March 21, 2005 (Docket No. 27).
