MEMORANDUM
RAMBO, Chief Judge.
On March 28, 1979, a nuclear incident occurred at the Unit 2 reactor of the Three Mile Island nuclear power facility in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Among other things, the incident spawned the instant litigation 1 which has been pending on the court’s docket for one decade longer than all but one case on the court’s docket. 2 Due in significant part to the tremendous amount of time and effort expended by the parties and the court over the past year, ten test cases were finally scheduled for trial beginning in June. 3 In January and April of this year, the court…
