John Michael Kelly, Steven E. Rindner, Joseph A. Ripp and Mark Wovsaniker were senior managers of America Online, Inc. (“AOL”) and its successor corporation, AOL Time Warner Inc. (“AOL Time War ner”). (Compl. ¶ 1.)
