This is a bill in equity brought for the purpose of setting off the amount found to be due the plaintiff on two promissory notes, made by the defendant corporation and payable to the plaintiff or order, against any sum found due the defendant from the plaintiff in an action pending in the Superior Court for the county of Suffolk.
