The plaintiff, in this action of contract sought to recover for alleged overcharges arising out of the repair of his boat by the defendant. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff. The principal question for decision *527is whether the judge erred in denying the defendant’s motion for a directed verdict. The case is a cross action and was tried with an action in which the defendant here was plaintiff and the plaintiff here was defendant. In the latter case the jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff (defendant here) but it need not concern us, for the bill of exceptions now before us…
