In these two consolidated cases, Mark Bennett appeals the Superior Court’s dismissals of his recall petitions against the Pierce County Auditor, Cathy Pearsall-Stipek. Mr. Bennett’s first recall petition makes the same charges based on the same facts as those brought in earlier recall petitions by another voter. The trial court dismissed these charges as barred by res judicata. We agree and affirm. Mr. Bennett’s second recall petition was dismissed for insufficiency.
