PERRY, Chief Judge.
Susan R. Heath appeals from an order of the district court granting summary judgment on her claim for personal injuries. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.

BACKGROUND
On February 2, 1996, Heath slipped and fell on some ice and sustained injuries. The location of the fall was a vacant lot adjacent to Honker’s Mini-Mart in Jerome. Heath filed suit against Honker’s Mini-Mart, Inc., and Larry D.
