E. Brent Nelson and Robin J. Nelson (the Nelsons) appeal from the district court’s orders granting summary judgment and awarding costs to Anderson Lumber Company, Edward Wicher, Fremont County, Charles Allen, and Intermountain Building Panels (IBP). Additionally, the Nelsons appeal from the district court’s order awarding costs and attorney fees to Western Wholesale Supply Company, Inc. Anderson, Wieher, and IBP cross-appeal the district court’s orders denying attorney fees. Western Wholesale cross-appeals from the district court’s determination of the amount of attorney fees.…
