MOLLOY, Judge.

Initially, we answer questions raised as to the jurisdictional scope of this appeal, i. e., what judgments-are on review? ' Two cases were consolidated below for trial purposes. The one, herein referred to as “action No. 87,” was a suit by Pioneer Plumbing to foreclose a mortgage. H. S. and Charlotte Hackin and H. S. Hackin Plumbing & Heating Co., were named as defendants. Subsequently, Hackin’s sister, appellant Rosalind Gallai, was joined as a defendant, and appellee, Allied Mutual Insurance Company, intervened as a plaintiff.
