MEMORANDUM & ORDER
GORTON, District Judge.
On February 24, 2003, Prudential Insurance Company of America (“Prudential”) filed a complaint in interpleader against defendants Jessica L. Schmid (“Jessica”) and Patricia K. Schmid (“Patricia”). Prudential claims that it cannot determine with certainty whether Jessica or Patricia is entitled to the proceeds of a life insurance policy of the decedent, Alexander Schmid (“Mr.Schmid”). Pending before the Court are Jessica’s motions for summary judgment and to strike Patricia’s Response to her Statement of Material Facts. Both motions are opposed.
