Action in claim and delivery. Plaintiffs seek to recover judgment awarding them possession of 200,000 shares of the capital stock of the defendant, the Dailey Copper Mining and Smelting Company, hereafter referred to as the company. They allege title and right to immediate possession, and unlawful detention by the defendants, to their damage in the sum of $10,000.
