This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiffs and against defendants, the A. A. Oil Corporation, L. C. Stevenson, Sweet Grass Apex Syndicate, L. C. Stevenson, trustee, and John Beynolds.

The plaintiffs filed and prosecuted a quiet title action. Trial was had before the court without a jury October 21 and 22, 1949, resulting in the court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law which were incorporated in its judgment made and entered on the 7th day of August 1951.
