This is an action in equity, brought by plaintiffs and appellants, H. S. Leigland and M. S. Kleppe, copartners, against the defendants and respondents, the Rundle Land & Abstract Company, a corporation, and the Union Bank & Trust Company, a corporation, to foreclose a certain mechanics’ lien against the property owned by the defendant Rundle Land & Abstract Company in Glasgow, Montana.
