Before the Court are three Motions to Dismiss the Plaintiffs’ Amended Complaint, one filed by each of the Defendants. ECF Nos. 35, 37, 39. The Court has reviewed the Amended Class Action Complaint filed by Plaintiffs Alexandra R. Tranzo and Anthony Hlista (collectively “Homeowners”), the Defendants’ Motions *527to Dismiss, and the various briefs in support and opposition to these motions. ECF Nos. 36, 38, 40, 50-52, 56-58.
