Presently before me is Defendants Jackson National Life Insurance Company (“Jackson”) and PPM Finance, Incorporated’s (“PPM”) Motion for Summary Judgment. (Doc. 16) Jackson and PPM seek summary judgment on Plaintiffs Robert Mericle and Mericle Development’s (collectively “Mericle”) claims of breach of contract, breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, unjust enrichment, and negligent misrepresentation.
