MEMORANDUM OPINION

DENNIS R. DOW, Bankruptcy Judge.

The subject of this adversary proceeding is a complaint filed by Debtor Brian Douglas Bray (“Debtor”) seeking a determination that his student loan debt should be discharged pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8) on the ground that repayment of that debt would impose upon him an undue hardship. The Court has jurisdiction over the claim asserted in the complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334(b), 157(a) and (b). This is a core proceeding which the Court may hear and determine pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(I). The following constitutes my Findings…
