MEMORANDUM OPINION
DENNIS R. DOW, Bankruptcy Judge.
In this adversary proceeding, plaintiff Joyce LaVaun Brown (“Debtor”) seeks a determination pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8) that her student loan debt owed to defendant Educational Credit Management Corporation (“ECMC” or “Defendant”) should be discharged for the reason that excepting the debt from discharge would impose upon her an undue hardship. This is a core proceeding of which this Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b) and which it may hear and determine pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(a), 157(b)(1) and 157(b)(2)(I). The…
