South Dakota Student Loan Assistance Corp. (hereinafter the creditor) appeals 1 from a final judgment entered in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Dakota granting the complaint of Gladys Marie Andrews (hereinafter the debtor) requesting a hardship discharge of a federally insured student loan pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8)(B). 2 In re Andrews, No. 180-00022 (Bankr.D.S.D.
