I. Introduction

This cause came on for trial on April 4, 2011 on the Complaint of David Ernest Nixon and Elisabeth Ann Nixon (collectively, the “Debtors” or “Plaintiffs”), 1 the Debtors in the underlying Chapter 7 case, seeking a determination that the repayment of their student loan debts would impose an undue hardship on them and that the debts therefore are dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8).
