In this adversary proceeding, plaintiff Jonathan Bradley Shadwick (“Debtor”) seeks a determination, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8), that his student loan debt, owed to defendants United State Department of Education (“Education”), Keybank USA, N.A. (“Keybank”) and the Curators of the University of Missouri (“Curators”) should be discharged for the reason that excepting the debts from discharge would impose upon him an undue hardship.
