OPINION AND ORDER

LOWE, District Judge.

Before the Court is the motion in limine of Plaintiff Batyah Levi Agron (“Plaintiff’) to preclude proposed expert testimony and the expert’s report at trial. For the reasons stated below, Plaintiffs motion is denied.

BACKGROUND

In September 1988, Plaintiff commenced this discrimination action under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794, against The Trustees of Columbia University in the City of New York (“Defendant”).
